The 3rd Annual New Media Technology Day
CALL FOR EXHIBITORS
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS : April 7, 2008
The 3rd Annual New Media Technology Day wants to afford companies an opportunity to attend the conference as an exhibitor to display their products and/or services. This one-day conference is targeted to college professors, high school teachers, students, new media designers, e-commerce professionals, programming analysts, project managers, and others from the public sector.
Event planners are especially interested in vendors relating to new media, but vendors in related areas such as the following are also acceptable:
• Games Design
• Business to Business
• New Media Applications
• Web Tools
• Technology Convergence
• Mobile Applications
• Display Technology
• Finance on the Web
• Social Internet & Web 2.0
• Web Radio
• Web TV
The exhibitor's fee is $100 payable by check or money order. This will include:
• A booth area of one six-foot table and two chairs
• Conference registration for 2 people
• A link to your company home page
• Exhibitor's name will be included in the day's program and on the conference's Web site
• Two tickets to reception and lunch

Corporate sponsors may also partner with the conference organizers through prize drawings, special events, etc. Please contact the conference organizers at NewMediaDay@LaGCC.CUNY.EDU .
Please submit your application to NewMediaDay@LaGCC.CUNY.EDU . Write "Exhibitor Request" in the subject field of the email. Please include the following information:
• Company Name
• Full Address
• Company home page address
• Names of conference exhibitors
• Phone number and e-mail address of contact person
All exhibitors' requests are subject to approval by the event planners.
The College may record the event, and all such recordings become the exclusive property of the College.
